Millard-Henry Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of Virginia “Vicky” Mistler, MSN, APRN, FNP, to its Dardanelle location. Mistler, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, will begin seeing patients on December 30, 2025.

Mistler earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Arkansas State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about creating inclusive care experiences where all patients—regardless of age or language—feel seen, heard and supported.

As a family nurse practitioner, Mistler is qualified to provide care across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include physical exams and health assessments, acute and chronic illness management, diagnostic testing and imaging, medication management, preventative screenings and wellness education. She is currently accepting new patients and offers telehealth appointments.

Mistler is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She was named “Best Nurse” during her time as a school nurse for the Russellville School District and “Best Student Nurse” during her undergraduate studies. Upon completing her graduate degree, she was nominated to join the National Society of Leadership and Success.

In addition to her professional work, Mistler has volunteered as a Spanish-language interpreter for local outreach efforts, including mission trips and community clinics. She and her husband, Brandon, have been married for 15 years and have three children. The Mistler family lives in the River Valley and enjoys spending time together, shopping and visiting local coffee shops.
